Designed by Mario Bellini during his early experimental period, the form balances softness and structure in a way that still feels remarkably contemporary today. One of the defining pieces of Italian design, the Amanta introduced a new approach to modular living through its low-slung profile, moulded shell construction and oversized cushions.
This original C&B Italia example is upholstered in warm tan leather, softened with age and contrasted by the off white shell and signature black feet. Deeply comfortable and visually architectural, each module can function independently or as part of a larger configuration through base connector.
